Our anti-malware tool has identified security issue(s) that may put your ATLAS app at risk.

Your ATLAS app access is temporarily restricted to protect your bank account. Based on the error message that you received in ATLAS App, please find the potential solutions to solve your issue:

Developer Options Detected This app cannot run while USB debugging (ADB) is enabled. Please disable it in Developer Options and restart the app.
    • Go to Settings > Developer Options
    • Toggle off USB/Wireles Debugging and Developer Options
    • If Developer Options is hidden: Go to Settings > About Phone, tap OS Version OR Build number 7 times to enable it

Debugging setting is toogled OFF but still encounter error?

    • Please toggle On the debugging setting and toggle OFF manually to retry. Kindly repeat this if you restart your phone.

Cannot find Developer Options?

  • Go to “Device Settings”
  • Click “About Device” or “About Phone”
  • Click Software Information
  • Click “Build Number/OS Version 7 times”
  • Enter your pattern, pin or password”
Private Space and Work Profile The app is running in a restricted or isolated space. Please run it in a standard device environment.
  • Use only real, unrooted devices with official Android firmware
  • Avoid using apps with custom kernels or sandboxing features
  • Reinstall the official ROM or factory reset the device if unsure
Unsupported Keyboard Detected An unsupported or insecure keyboard is in use. Please switch to a trusted system keyboard.
  • Go to Settings > System > Languages & Input > On-screen Keyboard
  • Set the default keyboard to Gboard or another trusted system keyboard
  • Uninstall any third-party or suspicious keyboards
  • Restart the app
Untrusted Source Application Detected Applications installed from unknown source (outside the Google Play Store / Apple App Store) have been detected on the device.
  • Go to Settings > Security & Privacy 
  • Tap More Security Settings (if shown)
  • Select Install Unknown Apps
  • Review apps that are allowed to install unknown apps
  • Disable Allow from this source for all apps
  • Uninstall any apps installed from unknown sources
  • Uninstall any apps installed from unknown sources
  • Restart the device and reopen the app
Risky Apps and/or Untrusted Screen Reader Potentially risky applications or third-party screen recording / screen overlay / accessibility services are enabled. These services may capture on-screen content or user input and affect app security.
  • Go to Settings > Apps
  • Review and uninstall any suspicious or unused apps
  • Go to Settings > Accesibility and disable unknown or untrusted accessibility services
  • Go to Settings > Privacy > Permission Manager and review Screen Recording, Display over other apps and Accessibility permissions
  • Disable permissions for untrusted apps
  • Restart the device and relaunch the app
Malware Detected Potential malicious behavior has been detected on this Android device. This may indicate the presence of malware that could compromise device and app security.
  • Open Google Play Store
  • Tap your profile icon and select Play Protect
  • Run a device scan and follow the recommended actions
  • Uninstall any apps flagged as harmful
  • Go to Settings > Security & privacy and ensure the device is updated to the latest Android version
  • Restart the device and relaunch the app
