Your ATLAS app access is temporarily restricted to protect your bank account. Based on the error message that you received in ATLAS App, please find the potential solutions to solve your issue:

Developer Options Detected This app cannot run while USB debugging (ADB) is enabled. Please disable it in Developer Options and restart the app.
    • Go to Settings > Developer Options
    • Toggle off USB/Wireles Debugging and Developer Options
    • If Developer Options is hidden: Go to Settings > About Phone, tap OS Version OR Build number 7 times to enable it

Debugging setting is toogled OFF but still encounter error?

    • Please toggle On the debugging setting and toggle OFF manually to retry. Kindly repeat this if you restart your phone.

Cannot find Developer Options?

  • Go to “Device Settings”
  • Click “About Device” or “About Phone”
  • Click Software Information
  • Click “Build Number/OS Version 7 times”
  • Enter your pattern, pin or password”
Untrusted Environment The app is running in a restricted or isolated space. Please run it in a standard device environment.
  • Use only real, unrooted devices with official Android firmware
  • Avoid using apps with custom kernels or sandboxing features
  • Reinstall the official ROM or factory reset the device if unsure
Unsupported Keyboard Detected An unsupported or insecure keyboard is in use. Please switch to a trusted system keyboard.
  • Go to Settings > System > Languages & Input > On-screen Keyboard
  • Set the default keyboard to Gboard or another trusted system keyboard
  • Uninstall any third-party or suspicious keyboards
  • Restart the app
